Contego can offer fixed price tendering for PFP elements including penetrations, intumescent, junctions and seismic protection. All we need is standard project drawings

Specifications & Penetration

We can complete full Passive Fire Protection Specifications and Penetration Solution Registers including performance criteria, competency, inspections, fixings, compliance evidence and fully compliant Passive Fire Protection solutions

Risk Review & Mitigation

We leverage our project experience to review risk and work to develop solutions which mitigate risk. Contego can provided prelim/ developed/ detailed and construction stage Passive Fire Protection risk registers and solutions to mitigate these risks through design, procurement, execution, communications

BWOF/IQP Services

 Contego have in house IQP’s capable of inspecting Passive Fire Protection elements in accordance with your Compliance Schedule including SS15.2,SS15.3, SS15.4, SS15.5

Throughout our design involvement we will review and consider buildability requirements including, safety in design, access, H&S, product availability, temporary works, sequencing & staging, durability and aesthetics

Good passive fire protection design should include durability & fire test compliance. Contego can work with design teams to ensure the products selected provide suitable durability to meet the requirements of NZBC B2

Budget Advice & Control

Contego team have great knowledge and understanding of costs associated with passive fire protection and therefore can provide prompt and accurate budget advice throughout design to ensure good decision making can be made during the design
