Matters of Passive Fire matter...
With the hive of activity over the past >3 years the FPANZ Passive SIG has firmly filled the vacuum within the industry as a reliable and impartial authority on Passive Fire Protection related matters.
This is an extremely positive place for the Passive SIG to be and is a testament to the leaders, members and contributors that put time and energy into the work for the Passive SIG. Highlighted by this is the engagement with all areas of the construction industry that are now engaging with FPANZ Passive SIG. Including; Insurance Council, BCA’s, MBIE, BOINZ, NZIA, BRANZ, SFPE, IFE, to name a few.
Membership enquiry and new membership requests have been consistently strong which is a sign that we are delivering what the members want. Our ability within the SIG to collaborate positively has been a huge benefit to the group to getting information prepared and market ready.
In addition to this is also the level of integrity and quality review that is done behind the scenes to ensure anything published is to the highest standard and beyond reproach. Being a part of a positive and well-rounded group is something I am really enjoying being part of and am excited to keep forging ahead with supporting the wider industry across the country Updates for this month include:
❱ NZQA Level 3 Passive Installers qualification
